Interactive Buttons and Image Files

After I insert an Interactive Button on the page and click the save button
the Save Embedded Files dialog appears with only one image file instead of
three. I do have the Create hover image, Create pressed image and Preload
button images boxs check on but for some reason when I save I have only one
image file. Please advise.

In Tools Page Options Authoring do you have both JavaScript and css enabled, plus author time web components

I do have the three options checked on but the JavaScript is greyed out with
a check in the box. I have read iformation about shared borders causing
problems with Interactive Buttons but I am not using shared borders.
