Intalling GoogleEarthWin error

I tried to install google earth but got an error message as follows:

Error Code: -5003 : 0x5
Error Information:

It says that I should quit all programs and complete the unfinished
installation.

Can anyone provide some help to resolve this?

I recently responded to another post reporting problems with the Google
Earth installer. Were you logged on as an administrator or as a limited
user? You may want to report installation problems to Google, the developer
of the application. Did you try disabling your antivirus application
temporarily before installing?

It's always a good idea to contact the software author for help with their
program.
