Insufficient System Resources

I have just upgraded to W/2000 & the system is so slow &
some applications do not even run as i receive the above
message, i have 6.02 mem Free 3.77, ?
 
You may not have enough RAM. You posted what appears to be drive space. From
the "Run" box;
msinfo32.exe
and look for Total Physical Memory
