Instant Search in Outlook 2007 not working

Brings up nothing. Used to search and now does not. Have tried all mentioned
here as follows:

Settings are ok, have rebuit index, also tried the default rebuild. Still
nothing. Used outlook tools to scan for file errors and files are ok. UAC is
turned off. Now what do I try? I have Outlook 2007 and Windows Vista. Thanks
for any help you can give me
 
Do you have Windows Desktop Search 4 installed already?
Which mail account type are you using?
Are there any Outlook or Search errors logged to the Event Viewer?
