Installtion problems with games from EA-Sports

Hopefully somone can halp me with this problem, I have exhausted the support team at EA games... :
The problem described below applies to Madden2003, Tiger Woods 2004, NHL2003 etc.. (all of them...
I'm running Windows XP on my machine (and it's brand new!

The installation begins with asking for the verification code but after I type it in, it is as if the installation has been cancelled (I end up back in windows). Note that I am not entering the wrong code! This happens on all of the mentioned games :
Atfer entering the code when trying to install for instance Tiger Woods I get the question 'Are you sure you want to cancel the installation' even though i pressed the 'ok' button (which should continue the installation, not cancel it!

Anyway, I updated my drivers, directx and so forth but the problem remains... until today when I got alittle bit further
I have three user accounts on the computer (all with admin access), and when I changed to another account and tried to install the games installation continued without any problems until the very end of the installation process where they all crashed again..
I also tried installting them on the third account but then I had the same problems as with the first, it didn't work

This made me suspect Windows being the problem. Why does installation go further with one of the three accounts even though the all have admin rights and are basically all the same

Can anyone give me some tips on this one? Would appreciate it!! :
