InstallShield(R)

Hi.

I'm trying to remove a program called WexTech
AnswerWorks. I have no idea what it is and how it got
there. However, when I go to remove it, I get a message
that says: InstallShield(R) Setup Launcher has
encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry
for the inconvienience. If you were in the middle of
something, the informationn you were working on might be
lost.

Any ideas on why I can't remove this program or how to do
it? Has anyone ever heard of AnswerWorks?

Thanks so much and if I'm in the wrong place to be asking
this question please let me know where to take this.

Of you have WordPerfect, it has to do with help files. There may be
other programs that use it for similar purposes. Don't remove it -- I
did once and then had to uninstall and reinstall WordPerfect.
