Deleting epson software

When I try to delete epson File manager, etc aBox comes up that says
"Installshield (R) has encountered a problem and needs to close We are sorry
for the inconvenience". Below this it says Information that you were working
on might be lost. Question how do I repair InstallShield? ARDUB
