Installing XP on a new computer w/o an OS?

I just bought a built-to-order pc without windoes or any OS
(operating system) on the computer allready, is it easy to
install xp with a CD onto a computer with no OS?

Yes.
Boot from CD, follow the instructions.

Greetings --

Simply boot from the WinXP installation CD. You'll be offered the
opportunity to delete, create, and format partitions as part of the
installation process. (You may need to re-arrange the order of boot
devices in the PC's BIOS to boot from the CD.)
