installing Windows XP pro.

I'm installing a clean install of XP pro to my system, and I keep getting one of a couple of blue screens.
The first is, MEMORY_Management.
and the second is, CDFS_FILE_SYSTEM
I also sometimes get the IRQ_NOT_LESS_THAN_EQUAL one as well.

Any ideas what is going on, it's all new equipment apart from the hard drive, and that has been FDISK'd and formatted using NTFS on each attempt.
