Installing Windows 2003 CAL on Windows 2000

I'm installing 20 additional licenses onto a Windows 2000 Server. The CAL I have are Windows Server 2003. The problem I have is how do I install these CAL when the 2000 Server is also the Terminal Server?
 
Windows 2003 CALS and Windows 2003 TS CALs are 2 different things
mate....you need to expand really on what you are asking
