Installing windows 2000 image

After installing our window server using an image the
server want boot after trying to troubleshooting it true
safe mode it seems to hang on the cpqphp.sys.
The server we are installing the OS on is a Compaq
proliant 5500 (four processors).
Any help is appreciated

When you state "it won't boot" are you getting any error messages? Are you
stuck in a reboot loop? Have you tried turning off ASR in the BIOS to see
if you're actually bluescreening? Have you tried copying updated Compaq
drivers to your installation?
