Installing Print Shop to our windows XP

I am trying to install Print Shop 20 to our computer and
the directions say that I must log in as Administrator
before uninstalling or installing. What does this mean
and how do I do that. Thank you Joann

Xp home: boot to safe mode, log in as administrator
Xp pro: ctrl-alt-del twice at the welcome screen, log in as administrator

Most like if your using a user account that has admin rights then it will
install fine and you won't need to go into the admin account.
