installing office 2000

I received a laptop for xmas. I am trying to install
office 2000 and an error keeps popping up preventing me
from downloading:

error 1305 file E:\system\FM20.DLL verify that the file
exists and that you can access it.

can anyone help?

May be the Office 2000 CD from which you are trying to install has problem.
