Trying to install Office 2000 professional on XP

When I try to install the Microsoft office 2000
professional addition I receive an error code. The code
is 1305. Then it says that
d;\pfiles\msoffice\office\BLNMGRPS.DLL is not available.
What do I need to do? Can anyone help?
