Installing dotnet30fx offline

I run a closed network which requires me to get and install the latest
patches and updates offline...how can I get the complete dotnet30fx file? I
search my TECHNET stuff and I can not locate it on any of the DVDs.

Can anyone point me in the right direction...

Download the appropriate file and copy to an USB memory stick:

"X86 Redist Package" (~50MB)
