Installing Dell Image Expert Premium Edition

Attempts to install from the CD I purchased from
JascSoftware fail. I get 2 error messages:
1)Error 1933 - The Windows Installer service cannot
update one or more protected Windows files.
2) Error 1603 - Fatal error during installation. Contact
Windows Installer Help (Msi.chm) or MSDN for more info.

I have not been able to locate either Windows Installer
Help or MSDN.
