I have currently resolved all the SQL Server problems and updated it to SP2.
But the process still stops at the following in the setup process:

SI (s) (9C:30) [16:08:37:024]: Note: 1: 1708
MSI (s) (9C:30) [16:08:37:025]: Product: Business Contact Manager for
Outlook 2007 -- Installation operation failed.

MSI (s) (9C:30) [16:08:37:025]: Windows Installer installed the product.
Product Name: Business Contact Manager for Outlook 2007. Product Version:
3.0.5828.0. Product Language: 1033. Installation success or error status:
1603.

Running Vista Business 32 bit and installing with Office Ultimate 2007.

Try Microsoft support. They should know what error 1603 means.
