cann't upgrade my office SME (Including outlook with BCM)

Moshe

I am trying to upgrade my office SME (Including outlook with BCM) from 2003
to 2007, it won't install BCM -
The steps performed:
1. I have first installed the trail version over the 2003 and
have it work without upgrading outlook to 2007 (remained 2003 with BCM)
Office 2007 worked fine.
2. Once I decided to have a full move, I have downloaded my Open
licensed install files and installed them over the version I had. Then I
removed outlook 2003 and installed Outlook 2007. The next step was to install
BCM.

the message I received:
"Setup failed to install Business Contact Manager for outlook 2007. See
c:/?../MBSsetuptmpe3A5.log for more details?

The following is the log file:

I have repeated this attempt several times.

Whenever I?m trying to remove the BCM (uninstall) I receive the following
message:
?Setup failed to remove the following product: Business Contact Manager for

The product that I have installed is:

And the BCM version is:

SW_CD_NTRL_Business_Contact_Manager_2007_W32_English_X13-05848.EXE

I'm struggling with this issue for several weeks and it hurts my business.
Please help ASAP.
Thanks,
Moshe

Looks like BCM is half installed. I would remove it entirely from your
system and then try reinstalling it.

Hi Luther,
Thank you for your tip. I did as you have recommended as well as the "manual
removing BCM files" and has the same message.
Any other direction I can try?
Thansk,
Moshe

Do you just get the same message but with different log, or do you get
the same log contents?
I.e.: you still get this line in the log:
MainEngineThread is returning 1605 MSI
