Installing AOL

Is there any way to prevent AOL from changing the
appearance of my IE browser, by making the title bar
say "Microsoft Internet Explorer provided by America
Online" and replacing the rotating Windows icon with the
AOL logo?? This happened on my last computer and it was
so distracting.
