Does anyone know where to get a copy of the browser with
cgi.http_user_agent = Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 (AOL)? It does
not come standard with AOL 9.0.. We are receiving complaints from AOL
users that are having problems viewing our site, but we cannot browser
test because we cannot find this browser. I could not find any info
on it via google.

You can "spoof" the user agent string in a copy of IE 6 you already have:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet
Settings

For WinXP and IE 6 the value should be - Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0;
Win32)

More info: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/827326/en-us - see the
Resolution section. Maybe that could help?

I don't see anywhere you can download any version of AOL besides 9.0. There
are AOL disks available on eBay, believe it or not, going back to ver. 4.0
that I've seen for $3-4. (Posting an eBay link here could get the post
squashed.)

You can get previous versions of IE here:
http://browsers.evolt.org/?ie/32bit/

You may find help in the AOL Dev Center: http://dev.aol.com/ Or post this
issue to one of the AOL boards starting here:
http://messageboards.aol.com/aol/en_us/boards.php?boardId=565978&func=2&channel=AOL+Help

Ah, this site has links to AOL's FTP server for previous versions - use at
your own risk, of course:

In fact, looking around ftp://ftp.newaol.com/ - you may find what you
need......
