Installed a New Hard Drive

I ran QuickRestore and it did not install my Microsoft Windows ME program.
How can I re-install w/out having to buy the program. Also, my display only
shows 16 colors. How do I remedy this to download higher colors. Thank you

Debi,
Who is the maker/model of your PC. You sure your using the right restore
CD?

Assuming your system is not dual boot, win must be installed, otherwise you
would'nt be seeing anything
Your display problem is likely to be display drivers. ie you need to
install/download drivers for your graphics device.
