Installation problems

I have run into a problem on 2 separate systems in 2 separate companies.
Both machines are running 2K SP4. Towards the very end of installation is an
error message stating you may not have administrator rights to start
services. There is only one user on each machine and each has administrator
rights. Any suggestions?
