Installation problem

When I attempted installation of this file, I got an error
box sayin "Error reading setup initialization file". I
have tried three times and continue to get this. I used
the Giant antispyware program (free trial) before
Microsoft purchased the company and was very satisfied
with it. I was hoping to be able to use this. Will it
ever be right?
