Installation Problem

I cannot complete software installation for a new wireless keyboard,
printer, or Palm. In all three instances, the installation stalls midway
through the process. Initially spent considerable time with the keyboard
help desk without a resolution. But now it appears the same problem may
affect the printer and the Palm as well. The problem occurs using either
the supplied CD or downloaded files in all three instances. Any ideas would
sure be appreciated!
