Installation never does anything

When I click on run, I go through all the windows. Once I get to the window
where it's supposed to actually perform the install, nothing happens. If I
check Task Manager, it's running, but it never installs the software.

I've tried downloading it again, but this keeps happening.

Thanks! I had disabled the anti-virus, but I forgot that there are other
components to Norton and just disabled the whole package. It installed ok
once I did that.
