Install XP on Linus Server

We have a Linus Server that we would like to convert to Windows XP. The
person using this server did not leave his user name and password when
leaving the company. There is nothing on the server that we want to retain.
We simply want to convert the server to Windows XP. Is there a way of doing
a setup from a Windows XP Professional CD if we can't get inot the current
system to reformat the hard drive?
