Install Windows XP Pro from RIS Server

I want to use RIS to install riprep prepared images of Windows XP pro from a
RIS server running on 2003 server.

All appears to work until the reboot after the image is copied to the client
PC and i get the message 'error loading operating system'. I've tried on
various different images/pcs but get this message every time?

The destination hard drive is either identical or large than the original
and the image creation works without any errors so can anyone help me find a
solution?
