install window between emails

Hi... I upgraded from Office XP to Office 2003 > I continue to get an
install window before each and every newly downloaded email. Any thoughts?
 
Insert your product CD ensure you have access to your Network install point
and repair the installation. If that doesn't help try reinstalling.
