Error message ‘Unknown Error 0x8004020'

I get the above error message every time I send an email out of Outlook 2003,
which is part of my Office Professional 2003 suite. I am running this on
Windows Vista 64. I get this message every time I send an email, even though
the emails do appear to be going through and are being received by intended
recipients. I just want to eliminate this error message popping up
continually. Any suggestions?
