Install Repair Console

G'Day All

I have rebuilt a winXp Pro System, and installed SP2.

If I try to install the recovery console (D:\i386\winnt32.exe /cmdcons)
I get a warning that the version of Windows on the PC is newer than
the version I am trying to install.

Do I continue? How do I apply SP2 to the newly installed files?
