Install fax services, Home Edition

When I try to add Windows component fax services, I get a prompt asking me to "insert Windows XP Home Edition Service Pack 1 CD" Which I do not have. I downloaded all of the Servcie Pack 1 updates vai Micorsoft updates site. Is there a way to install w/out disc?

If you have applied SP1, these files may have been moved to a different
folder (ServicePackFiles\i386), and you will need to direct the routine to
that folder.
