Install Error.

I get this error every time I try a clean reload of XP
home edition upgrade. I have also tried a friends copy of
the O.S. with the same error. The XP loads, but always has
this error???

d:\xpclient\base\boot\setup\setup.c.

Not sure if I have a boot virus or not ???

Any ideas will be greatly appriciated ..
