xp setup error

I reformatted a larger hard drive and I am trying to
install window xp professinal operating system when it
starts setup I get the following: File atapi.sys caused
an unexpected error (4864) at line 3514 on
d:\xpclient\base\boot\setup\setup.c press any key to
restart computer. How do I fix this?
