INSTALL-ERROR AT LINE 1768 IN D:\XPSP1\BASE\BOOT

I boot from the XP cd for a fresh install but I get this
error.

an unexpected error (0) occured at line 1768 in d:\xpsp1
\base\boot\setup\arcdisp.c.

HELP!!!
