Install Directx9b

Any suggestions on how I can get the installation for the
directx9b runtime to proceed after I get a message that
"the software has not passed windows logo testing for win
xp"........mind you, this is directx9 that has not passed
logo testing????

Driver Signing - Change the default action to "Ignore" &
retry your installation.
