Other devices (multimedia controller)

I recently did a clean install of Win XP Home Edtion. My device manager has a yellow question mark beside "other devices". When I open that up it displays "multimedia controller" and that has a yellow question mark beside it. I have know idea what this device is so I decided to let windows try to install the drivers automatically. It could not find the drivers. From the clean install I did the following in order.1.installed network driver 2. windows update 3. chipset drivers (VIA) 4. DirectX9b 5. Video drivers 6. Sound Card drivers. 7. rebooted and grabed any other win updates
I'm missing something and I dont know what it is obviously with the yellow questionmark. Any comments would be appreciated.
