Install Backup Utility from CD-ROM in Windows XP Home

Laura

I got instructions from Microsoft on how to install the
Backup Utility to Windows XP Home that state "Double-
click the Ntbackup.msi file in the following location on
the Windows XP Home Edition CD-ROM to start a wizard that
installs Backup: CD-ROM Drive:\VALUEADD\MSFT\NTBACKUP.
When the wizard is complete, click Finish." When I
insert the CD-ROM, that file does not appear on the
list. Can you help, please?

Laura,

Is that a Windows XP CD or Restore CD [provided by OEMs]. Anyways, you can get NTBACKUP from here:
