Hi

PPT 2007
I have created a new slide and having in a ppT. I want to insert it in
another PPT. I use the following procedure
home slides> new slide> resuse slides> browse to PPT and in the reuse
slides pane check on keep source formatting and click on the slide.

The slide is inserted into the PPT. However, the source formatting is not
kept and the slide the text is all jumbled

Please help me Ihave the presentation tomorrow. I am using office 2007

This is an issue with PPT 2007, and I don't know that it was addressed in
SP2 for Office 2007. The only real reliable solution I know for it is to
find a copy of Office 2003 (or prior) and copy/paste or insert slides in it.

You might try using Copy/Paste and selecting "keep source formatting" when
the Paste Options button appears immediately after you paste. Sometimes that
lets you get the slides in and keep the formatting when Reuse Slides doesn't
work as expected.

Thank you Echo I am indeed thankful

I tried all avenues: Copy paste, transfer with multiple windows and all the
results were the same. My hard work did not yield anything. I have now
resorted to hyperlinking the two presentations and placing them in a folder
as there were many flow charts.
