In the footer I used "Insert Auto Text" and clicked on X of Y. When I email
to a client the view on screen is correct as Page 1 of 5, 2 of 5 etc. but
when the client sends to print, it prints as Page 1 of 1, 2 of 2 etc. I sent
4 documents - one works correctly the other 3 are incorrect. I deleted all
footers and reinserted - didn't work. I copied the footer from the one that
was working and inserted into one that wasn't working - didn't work. Any
suggestions please?
