Insert Symbol Font List

I would like to know how to get a font (that IS installed on my system) to
appear in the font list of Word's Insert...Symbol dialog. (I am using
WORD2000).

Right now I can choose the font from the font drop down list from the
formatting toolbar in Word.

But I would really like to go to Insert...Symbol and choose my font there.
