Insert hyperlink

Hi everyone,
I posted this message once and now I have to post it again.
I don't have insert hyperlink option when I reply to a message but when I
write a new email I have it under insert menu .What should I do to have
insert hyperlink to appear during reply a message.
I use Outlook 2003, reply format is rich text but new message format is
HTML and I use Outlook editor.

Thanks :)

Well, what if you change the reply format to be the same as the new message
format?

Hi
In most emails I recieve after I click the "reply" under format menu I
have only the rich text and plain text options ( not HTML). Hyperlinks are
only available in
HTML format , so i'm not sure this something from our network configuration
or is something that I can fix it. Also I have noticed that when the incoming
email has hyperlink in it when I reply hyperlink option is not available but
when there is no hyperlink in the incoming email hyperlink is available.
Thanks

That's because you can't switch from RTF direct to HTML. You need to switch
to plain text and then to HTML.

But, why not just type in the URL? Why make it like a web page, especially
since not all mail readers actually process HTML messages as HTML and a
linked text just wouldn't be clickable in them.

Thank you.
Acctually change to plain text and then HTML did the trick the reason I
don't use URL is because this problem is in my work email account and I'm
trying to send the link to coworkers and some files in our copmany's servers
so I have to send links instead of URL.
Thanks again.
