Insert hyperlink-reply

Hi everyone!
I don't have insert hyperlink option when I reply to a message but when I
write a new email I have it under insert menu .What should I do to have isert
hyperlink to appear during reply a message.

What message format is used on the replies and new messages? Which version
of outlook and which editor do you use?

Hi Diane,
I used Outlook 2003, reply format is rich text but new message format is
HTML and I use Outlook editor.
