Issue with inserting hyperlink into outlook 2003

When writing a new email I'm used to be able to hit ctrl-k and get the
hyperlink box which allows me to insert a link to recent files, webpages etc.

I've just moved job and my new machine doesnt have this function. Nor, when
I go to insert hyperlink do I get the regular hyperlink window. I get a
different window which allows me to manually insert a hyperlink, but nothing
more.

All very confusing and I hoped the wiser heads on here might be able to help
me.
