Insert hyperlink only open files available for selection

When I go to create a new hyperlink to a page in my web, if it is not open in
FrontPage, it is not listed in the window. I also experience this when I
open my web, none of my subwebs are shown. Anyone know why or a fix for this?

1. Do you have a web / site open first before you start working on your content, if no you need to?

2. Subweb content is not shared between subwebs and the root, so you would not see the content for
linking.

I discovered what it was quite by mistake. Apparently an automatic update
was done and wanted a reboot. Once I rebooted the server everything returned
to normal.
