Why does this programme appear and crash Internet
Explorer when I open an email?
I have to delete it and reboot my computer everytime this
happens. It happens when I get an email in the MacAfee
spam mailbox. When I click not spam the green scroll
comes on and the explorer crashes and I find this bloody
programme has reappeared.
What gives?

Do you have sp1 installed?

Yes, I do and it works for awhile, then this thing starts
to appear
