Infected by malicious ware

I think the explorer is effected by a malicious ware. When I open the
explorer this unknown site opens, creating lot of interuption before I could
get to the wepsite I intend to go. I checked the registry, search file and
virus scanning to get rid of this file. But nothing worked. I tried to
uninstall the explorer to reinstall but could not do so. Can anyone please
help me to solve this. Thanks.
