Index Outlook PST but hide results from Start Button?

Hi,

I'm using Outlook 2007 and Windows 7 Professional.

I would like to index my Outlook PST so that I can use instant search from
within Outlook, but I do not want the results to appear if I search using the
Start Button (the Outlook file is personnal and password protected; the user
account is for general use).

Does anyone know a way to hide results from the Start Button search without
removing the PST from the search index?

You can limit this via the Start Menu and Taskbar Group Policies on Windows
itself.
