incompatability with new XP

I installed windows XP recently, and although I have kept
the subscription with Norton Antivirus and personal
firewall, I cannot seem to get the programs to start.
keep getting and error message...... can't seem to figure
it out with only the articles. It's the 2002 version of
both, Norton System works with the antivirus, and the
internet personal firewall.

Norton 2002 are compatible with Windows XP.
Uninstall them, reboot, then reinstall.
It would have been best if they were uninstalled during the upgrade.

I can't promise any help but your chances would be greatly improved if you
were more specific. What's the error message?

I've had no problems with Norton AV 2002 and WinXP.
