Problems with firewall

Hi!

I'm having trouble with Norton Antivirus 2008. It says it detects a firewall
in my system (an 'Advanced Firewall'), but I have uninstalled any other
security suites.

My question is: How does Windows Security Center tracks the activity of a
Firewall?I suppose Norton is using the same method to detect the presence of
another firewall. May be this way I can find traces of the previous
unistalled suite wich has not completely removed (Panda, Mcafee, Kaspersky...
are antivirus I have installed and uninstalled in my system).

Or, have you any other idea to locate it?

Try to look in the Add/Remove programs for any left behind Installation of
the previous Apps!.
