Incoming safe mail going into junk mail folder. Please help!!!

I don't know what's happening but this just started after we reinstalled out
Outlook 2003 after my computer crash. I've been using outlook 2003 for five
years and this has never happened before. Please help!

Most all of my customer's emails that come into my inbox are automatically
diverted to the junk email folder. I have the junk email option set of "no
filtering" but it is still doing this! It is even puttng customer's who are
all in my contact listy AND I have marked individually as "safe" mail.
Please help. This is almost ruining my business as I have missed some
important emails because of this. Is there another setting somewhere I can
look for?

The ONLY rule I have set up in rules wizard is for "junk mail", but it is
set only to move email with certain words in it so I can't imaging this would
be causing it. None of my customers ever use words like "sex" "viagra" etc.
in their emails! :)

does it stop if you disable the rule? Are you using Exchange?

Hi,

No, I work from it but at home. You are asking a very good question. After
thinking about it, I went back and looked at the word in the junk email rule
I set up. I was getting a ton of spam trying to send me Adobe products. I
added the word "adobe" and "ado6e" BUT for the first time ever...instead of
just telling it to check the subject line only, I had told it to check BOTH
the subject line and body of emails. Needless to say, if one of my customers
had anything in the body of their email that said "adobe", the junk filter
would catch it. I figured it out because I email invoices to customers using
Quickbook which always emails the invoices to them as adobe
attachments...therefore...if they replied to me using that particular email,
the word "Adobe" was all over that email! I drove myself nuts but think it's
resolved. AS LONG AS I HAVE YOUR MIND FOR A SECOND.... :)

NEW QUESTION: Which security settings on my computer do I lower or change
in order NOT to constantly get all those irritating IE pop up windows every
time I click a link, open a picture, download something etc. It acts as if
you are too dumb to decipher what and what not to do while using your
computer. I get that "You are leaving a secure connection" one. I also get
various other ones when I try to click a link or open any attachments etc. I
am not concerned with security as much as I am with these goofy pop up
windows all the time. I don't surf much with this computer, it's mostly for
work only so high security isn't an issue for me. Thanks.
